Cause some people asked me what this means :)
The poppy and the crow are from the album cover. It’s from the song: A Crow Left Of The Murder. “Murder” is another term for flock of crows. So a crow left from the flock of crows, a person away from society. That I’m living my life for myself and not for society. Somebody who is independent experiences everything first hand.
If you listen to the song, there are different verses..such as: ditch what I read, behind what I heard. Meaning, don’t learn from life through a text book, learn by having life thrown at you in the real world. Or: even straight roads meander. Meaning, we don’t have a set path, we create our own path.
And the words: look. find.. free… are a repeated phrase in the song, look at where you’re going, find out who you are, and free yourself from who you were.
Pretty much, the whole song is about all of the above + more, & you can interpret this song any way you wish, this is just how I personally feel.
